Job Description:

• Need to work in PLC & HMI  Control Panel Wiring as per Drawing/Standard Wiring Procedure.
  
• Need to prepare BOM, General Arrangement Layout, and Fixing Work to be done.
  
• Need to work Power Wiring & Control Wiring as per Standard.
  
• Need to understand the Wiring Drawing details for 3rd party device and make wiring accordingly.
  
• Need to Test the Control Panel Power Wiring & Control Wiring, IO Wiring as per standard Testing Procedure.
  
• Need to fix the Control Panel in the Machines as per requirement.
  
• Need to do Machine/Jig Wiring, Field Wiring, 3rd Party Interface Wiring.
  
• Trouble Shoot the Wiring issues and short out the problems.
  

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in MCC, PLC, and HMI Control Panel Wiring.
  

• Strong Troubleshooting Skills and knowledge of Electrical equipment.
  
• Strong Understanding of Electrical Drawings.
  
• Good Knowledge of Switch gear Selection, Cable Selection & Auto CAD will be an added advantage.
  
• Willing to learn new things & Independent handling Capacity.
  
• Willing to travel for site commissioning activities depending on the project requirements
  
• Need to work on-site across Chennai.
